What is MitoCircadian™  Health?

Ask the right questions, and you will find out something interesting.  Keep asking questions after that and you will find out the truth.

Wouldn't you like to know the truth about health and wellness?  I know I sure did.  After a decade of practice, I had questions and sought out the answers.  Doing citizen science on my own sleep, I wore a headband EEG and started my own "biohacking", before the term was even coined.

Years later, many rabbit holes and quite a bit of reading about photonics, quantum physics and understanding epigenetics, out I came a Quantum Physician, one who cared about energy and information above all else as the governing principal of health and wellness.

The next step was to figure out how that worked in a human being.   Eventually the rest of health care will come to the realization that mitochondrial dynamics and circadian biology are the controlling arms of the biophysics that run our cells... and therefore our bodies.

Hence, the MitoCircadian™  approach to health was born, manipulating physiology through the foundational science that mother nature uses herself.

Mitochondria

Mitochondria are membrane-bound organelles found in the cells of nearly all eukaryotic organisms, known as the "powerhouses of the cell" because they produce energy in the form of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) through cellular respiration. They also play roles in other important processes such as cell signaling and regulating cell death.

Circadian Biology

Circadian biology is the study of biological processes that follow a roughly 24-hour cycle, known as circadian rhythms. These rhythms regulate pretty much all functions in living organisms, including sleep-wake cycles, hormone release, and metabolism, and are influenced by environmental cues like light and temperature.


Optimal Health Is Possible

The solutions we seek for longevity and disease reversal are the same... increased optimal human regenerative capacity.  My personal devotion towards finding the absolute physiologic foundations point to the biophysical energy and information processing at the cellular level.  This boils down to getting your clock properly set (circadian timing) to get the most efficient use of every resource and action your  utilize.  This timing and instruction sets are created by the very centers that produce the energy to carry them out globally, the Mitochondria.  If these quantum cellular engines are running at peak performance, so will be your health.  In fact, they connect you to the deepest dimensions of your divine being.  When they start to show wear and tear, expect symptoms and illness to appear.  By using powerful lifestyle and mitochondrial therapies, it is possible to bring these engines to their youthful, maximum performance, extracting the most out of the life you are blessed with.
